Working with chakras. Opening, cleansing and harmonizing the chakras. Chakra breathing. Working with chakras: opening, cleansing, harmonizing and filling

Many books by both Eastern and Western authors are devoted to human chakras, their meaning and methods of cleansing. Today, this topic has gained new breath along with the awareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle and the value of balance between the physical and mental body. Gurus of Eastern traditions emphasize that the free and correct flow of energy is of great importance, and disturbances in this flow create energy “knots” in the body, which become the causes of many diseases. Today - all about what human chakras are, what their significance is and how they should be cleansed.

Seven chakras - the energy axis of the body

The word “chakra” itself translated from Hindi means “circle” or “wheel”. This largely reflects the essence of this concept. Even in illustrations, chakras are depicted as multi-colored disks located in certain places on the human body. Through the chakras we perceive the energy of the Universe, and each of them is responsible for the perception of a separate “communication channel” - from basic life instincts to higher spiritual possibilities.

There are seven main chakras in total:

  1. Muladhara
  2. Svadhisthana
  3. Manipura
  4. Anahata
  5. Vishuddha

Each of them has its own color and its own meaning, its own role for a person’s mental and physical health. An open and well-developed channel means a free flow of energy, satisfying the needs associated with the chakra. In turn, a blocked chakra leads to strong insecurity and problems in a certain area of being, psychological and physical.

Human energy centers are considered to be from the bottom up. In the same way, those areas of life for which they are responsible are distributed in order of importance: from the basic instinct of survival at the core to connection with the cosmic higher power at the top of this series.

Tip: If you believe in God, see the chakras as a way to cleanse yourself in order to hear and feel His will in your life. If your faith is abstract, you can understand the chakras as a channel of communication with a higher power in general, whatever it may be. Well, if you do not believe in the presence of forces that control the world in any form, consider the chakras as a way to consciously look at your life and find harmony and strength within yourself.

Muladhara chakra - root of life

This center is located at the very bottom of the body - at the point between the anus and the organs of the reproductive system. The color of the chakra is red, the symbolic image is a lotus with four petals. This center is called the root of life because it is responsible for the very will to live, the feeling of one’s inner support and security. It is easy to understand that when the center works properly, a person is confident and calm, and has great potential for both physical and mental health.

It is from this chakra that the development of all other centers begins. Blocked muladhara creates a powerful imbalance in the human body and psyche, preventing all other functions from being adjusted. Similar to Maslow's pyramid (which generally has a lot in common with chakras): if the most basic needs are not satisfied, there is no question of filling the higher aspects. For a prosperous life, every person needs support, security and inner confidence.

The work of the adrenal glands is associated with muladhara. Thus, impurities or blocks in the first chakra can lead to the following physical consequences:

  1. Increased fatigue
  2. Drowsiness
  3. Changes in tempo or metabolic disorders
  4. Appetite disorders

Sexual center - svadhisthana

The second energy node is located in the lower abdomen. The color of this chakra is orange and the sign is the six-leaf lotus. As the name suggests, healthy svadhistana is responsible for sexual energy, awareness of one’s own desires, temperament, and the ability to receive pleasure.

On the physical plane, the chakra interacts with the sex glands - the ovaries in women and the testicles in men, and is also closely connected with the immune system. Blocked svadhisthana is the cause of weakening of the body, problems with the genitourinary system, and, in the psychological aspect, suppression of one’s emotions and desires, replacing them with shame, anger, guilt and other negative manifestations.

Manipura - the center of will, strength, self-esteem

The location of this chakra is in the navel area, the color is yellow, the symbol is a lotus flower with ten petals. An open fourth center is the key to free self-expression, healthy activity in all areas of life, and the ability to act according to one’s will without aggression. Problems with manipura result in anger, shame, despair and greed.

As for physiological manifestations, manipura correlates with the work of the pancreas. When the third chakra is blocked, it begins to malfunction, which also affects the digestive system, gallbladder and liver.

Flower of love - anahata

Anahata is the center in every sense of the word. The fourth in a row, no matter which way you count it, it connects the lower chakras with the upper ones. This point is located in the chest area, at the level of the heart. Her color is green and her symbolic image is a lotus with twelve petals.

Anahata is the center of unconditional love, empathy, and the ability to give. Physically it is connected with the following body systems:

  1. With my heart
  2. Vessels
  3. Thymus gland

The Anahata chakra is located in the chest area

Center of talent and truth - Vishuddha

The throat chakra is blue in color and has a sixteen-leaf lotus symbol. Its role is to control speech. A person with a balanced Vishuddha speaks the truth without fear, knows how to be persuasive and inspire others. Physiologically, it correlates with the thyroid gland, located opposite it. Disturbances in the flow of energy in the fifth chakra lead to thyroid diseases, problems with metabolism and the nervous system.

Vishuddha or throat chakra is considered the center of truth and talent

The third eye is the gate of intuition

The blue lotus flower with two petals located on the forehead is Ajna, the sixth chakra of a person. Its main meaning is intuition. Cleansing this chakra leads to a sharpening of the “sixth sense”. Physically, it affects the functioning of the pituitary gland, the part of the brain that regulates the functions of the endocrine system. A healthy and open ajna is a guarantee of support in the balance of the lower chakras, conscious existence, and accumulation of experience. It is at this stage that people have a desire to share and teach others.

Ajna - sixth chakra

The gateway to the cosmic beginning - sahasrara

The seventh chakra is located at the very top of the head (according to some sources, several centimeters above it). Its color is purple, and the lotus has as many as a thousand petals. This chakra is responsible for the highest exchange of energy between man and the universe. Blocks in sahasrara are fear of death, anxiety and despair, all-consuming sadness. Sometimes people with a closed crown chakra completely deny spirituality in any form. Open sahasrara promotes the development of:

  1. Confidence
  2. Unity with all life
  3. Humility
  4. Mindfulness

Sahasrara is the chakra through which we exchange energy with the Universe

Techniques for cleansing human chakras

Knowing a person's chakras and their meaning is the first step to cleansing them. Photos will help you better remember new information - hang a picture with symbols of energy nodes in a visible place and periodically remind yourself of the main points.

So how can you clear and open your chakras? There are many ways. Here are the most common ones:

  1. Yoga classes
  2. Reiki therapy
  3. Working on the chakras with crystals
  4. Psychotherapeutic techniques for working on yourself

All areas of yoga work with human chakras, study their meaning and are aimed at cleansing and opening energy channels. Videos with asana complexes will help you start learning yoga at home, or you can sign up with an instructor, getting to know your subtle body together with the group in classes. The benefits of yoga include the fact that you can not only work with your chakras, but also strengthen your body, become stronger, more flexible and resilient.

Advice: experts say that a person is only as young as his spine is flexible. Yoga is one of the best ways to develop flexibility in every joint in your body, but be careful and follow the instructor's instructions very closely.

Reiki is the Japanese art of non-contact energetic interaction. This type of therapy can only be obtained from a trained reiki practitioner and is usually quite expensive. However, this is justified: a reiki professional can feel which chakras need priority attention and know how to cleanse them so as not to harm you with a sudden flow of energy.

Crystal cleansing, or lithotherapy, is another way of working with the subtle body, for which it is better to turn to a professional. The influence of stones and minerals on the chakras has many nuances and little things that should be taken into account. But if you are serious about studying the human chakras, their meaning and methods of cleansing, you can download materials on lithotherapy and begin to comprehend this science for use at home.

Psychotherapeutic techniques for working on yourself, a thorough analysis of your life, actions, decisions and words are another wonderful way to work on the chakras. The main principles here are:

  1. Honesty with yourself
  2. Studying the reasons for your fears and complexes
  3. Awareness and acceptance of one's own desires
  4. Building personal boundaries and the ability to defend them
  5. Sincerity with others

This approach requires responsibility and desire to do it, but it gives good results. Those interested in the influence of psychology on human chakras, their meaning and cleansing can purchase an audiobook on this topic or study it in another way. And, of course, you can turn to a specialist and achieve a conscious life with his help.

Remember that whatever method you choose, the best results can only be achieved by paying comprehensive attention to strengthening both the spirit and the body. A healthy lifestyle, physical exercise and working with the chakras are a sure way to become healthy and gain longevity.

So, in order for you to start working intensively with the UCR (Universal Calibrated Grid), you must learn how to calibrate your own internal energy network. This is necessary so that your energy parameters accept the high energies that open up in the space of the planet.

Calibration, that is, adjusting the frequency of vibrations of the energy circuits of all bodies of the body, both physical and etheric and subtle bodies, occurs as follows: a person manifests his energy meridians in his consciousness, at first only the main channels - Sushumna, Ida and Pingala. Then it is necessary to determine the location of the central chakras on Sushumna - Muladhara, Swadisthana, Manipura, Anahata, Vishuddhi, Ajna and Sahasrara. Then you need to manifest the anti-chakra and close it if it turns out to be open. The upper chakras - the eighth - Solar and ninth - Galactic - do not need to be opened.

In the first stage of balancing, a person must first adjust the placement of the main chakras to the place where they should be. It may turn out that the chakras are higher or lower, that they are shifted to the sides relative to Sushumna. Starting from the bottom and passing through each chakra, a person regulates (calibrates) the state of each chakra.

First stage should culminate in a complete alignment of the major chakras and the ability of the individual to instantly control chakra function as needed. To open or close the chakras, you can use any visualization that is available and helps a specific person.

Having worked through the first stage of balancing his energy circuits, a person can begin second stage. To do this, you need to familiarize yourself with the structure of the Cosmic Lattice and understand the principle of its operation. Meaningful work on setting up a person’s energy circuits in a resonant state with the Cosmic Lattice will lead to the discovery in each person of all his potential. It is believed that every person is capable of receiving and relaying the energy potential of enormous power through his body. Since modern humanity has lost this ability over the centuries, it is necessary to relearn how to connect with the Spatial Grid. Study the parameters of the external Lattice, and then you will understand more clearly the interaction of man with the Universe.

Humanity movement the spiral of evolution is impossible without mastering all those abilities that are inherent in everyone, but today they are not manifested and it takes time and some work to unlock the potential. Start by calibrating your major chakras and being able to instantly tune their functions simply by paying attention to a specific chakra. These qualities can be trained in a short period of time, but not less than seven days in a row. From one session to the next, you will be able to train yourself to open or close your chakras as needed.

When should you keep your chakras closed?

Muladhara and Swadhisthana You should keep them closed when you are surrounded by aggressive people, in a situation of an unpleasant conversation or a family quarrel. When should these chakras be opened? Then, when you are engaged in creativity, and in the case of channeling as well (except in cases of detection of an outside connection). Sexual contact with a loved one should occur with the lower chakras open, and in case of violence, these chakras should be immediately closed, this can stop the rapist.

Manipura- the only chakra that almost never closes. It absorbs a huge amount of Prana - life force from all possible sources - from consumed products, air, from communication with people and natural objects.

Heart chakra Anahata must initially be open. There are only a few cases when it should be closed. These are cases of loss of loved ones - their departure to another world, separation, divorce. In such cases, it is better to close Anahata for a while in order to survive the loss of a loved one. But you shouldn’t do this for long, as you can turn into an insensitive creature. When deciding to “close your heart,” be careful and remember that this should not be done for a long time.

In what cases should it be closed? Vishuddhu? This chakra takes the blow in case of slander, unfounded accusations, gossip, and slander. One’s own grievances and exaltations slow down Vishuddha and close it or spin it counterclockwise. If you are gnawed by resentment, pay attention to Vishuddha and open it to the maximum, throw out all negative emotions through it and forgive the offender. Then its function will be balanced. If you are unfairly accused or humiliated, and you cannot justify or defend yourself in this case, close Vishuddha for a while, this will help you concentrate and find arguments and other means of defense. As the problem is eliminated, the chakra will open on its own.

Ajna in the vast majority of people it is closed and should be opened as needed. And such a need arises for a person who has taken the path of spiritual development and decided to begin to reveal his potential abilities. The method of revealing ajna will be offered to you in one of the following lessons.

Sahasrara should be constantly revealed, but it is often closed in many people in cases where they curse, envy, get angry, or commit blasphemous offenses (that is, they deliberately violate the Laws). A closed Sahasrara burdens a person, especially if his antichakra is open. Then he is easily accessible to the inspirations of dark forces and does not perceive messages from his Guardian angels and from the Higher Self. Forced disclosure of the Sahasrara is impossible without freeing oneself from negative emotions, without repentance. Many people live their entire lives with a closed Sahasrara. They are the ones who fall prey to the dark community and risk becoming addicted to alcohol, drugs, and passions.

Start the process of cleansing and calibrating the chakras from below, then by the time you reach Sahasrara, your energy parameters will be in such a state that there will be no problems opening it. Start calibrating your energy circuits from the main chakras.

Amen. Imhotep.

I am Imhotep, architect of the pharaohs and priest of Isis.

So, to begin further adjustments, you need to learn how to instantly adjust your main chakras.

You have to learn work with chakras , with energy flows in the meridians of the etheric body. First, study the location of the main meridians - there are only 12 pairs of them. These meridians pass through the etheric body and naturally through the physical body.

Subtle bodies- the astral and mental are not directly connected to the system of etheric channels; the interaction of the etheric and astral bodies occurs on a different level.

So, in order to master the movement of energy in the etheric body, you will first learn to regulate the work of the chakras, that is, you must learn to spin the chakras in different directions.

How chakras work without human will? The chakras receive energy from the front and release it from the back. Single-cone chakras - Muladhara and Sahasrara can relay energy in both directions.

When gaining energy, the chakras rotate clockwise (from the point of view of an outside observer). When energy is released, the chakras rotate counterclockwise. When people communicate with each other, chakras can receive and give energy from any direction.

When talking and interacting, energy is exchanged from the front side of the bodies. With “unauthorized selection” of energy, that is, with vampirism, the selection of energy occurs from behind, where it is easiest to do, since the rear cones are the natural exit gates of energy. If a person feels that something aggressive is being done to him, that is, a person is asking for a conflict, provokes another person into an energetic outburst or a passive attack by a vampire, when he complains about life and demands sympathy, try to maintain a balance and close yourself both in front and behind. It is not necessary to close the Manipura; it cannot remain closed for long and will spontaneously open almost immediately. In addition, it is almost impossible for a vampire to “stick” to manipura; all connections, as a rule, occur to 1-2 chakras, less often to Anahata or Vishuddha.

In addition to the main chakras, located on Sushumna, there are several more chakras also located on this main channel of the etheric body. Previously, these chakras did not work at full strength, since the spectrum of energies that existed in the surrounding space did not require their participation in energy exchange processes. Today, when the energy situation in space is radically different from what existed 10-15 years ago, the “sleeping” chakras begin to actively function.

Already today, the thymus chakra, located between Anahata and Vishudha, is actively working; for many people, the so-called “Assemblage Point” moves to the level of this chakra. There is no Sanskrit name for this chakra, there are names in various health systems, for example - “Zebo”, you can call the “new” chakras as you like, the main thing is that you understand which chakra we are talking about. I will name the chakras based on the proximity of the internal organs. Another chakra that begins to actively function is the chakra located between Svadhisthana and Manipura. Its function is the production of energy of lower registers, since Manipura is being restructured to produce, or rather, structurize, etheric energy at a higher vibrational level. You can call this chakra the “lower energy center”, or “branch” of Manipura.

Now the chakras located on the limbs are beginning to work actively - chakras on the palms, chakras on the elbows and knees, and chakras on the feet and heels. The natural direction of energy movement in these chakras is as follows: receiving energy from the palms, feet, upper surfaces of the knees, and the points of the elbows. Energy output: backs of hands, ankles, tops of feet, flexor surfaces of elbows and knees. When people communicate, energy more easily enters the chakras on the right side of the body and is released from the left side of the body. But let me remind you that a person can consciously transfer energy through the chakras in any direction. For example, when healing by laying on of hands, energy is released through the palms.

Learn to consciously regulate circulation of energy in the body, getting rid of excess, and at the same time helping someone, for example. If you lose power as a result of a vampire attack or voluntarily transfer energy to a person in need of help, you can easily restore your energy supply through energy exercises or from natural objects - for example, trees, grass, earth, water, air, fire. Think about meditation with natural elements. A little meditation is enough to restore your strength. Learn to manage your etheric body, and then we will learn to work with all your energy circuits so that you can live and work effectively in a changing world.

Amen. Imhotep.

In the esoteric tradition, it is believed that a person not only has a physical body, but consists of several bodies. The quality of our life and our ability to create depend on the state of these bodies.

Chakras are special energy centers that, on the one hand, greatly influence the functioning of subtle bodies, and on the other hand, can serve as a source of information for diagnosing the conditions of these bodies.

The purpose of working with the chakras is to develop these subtle bodies.

Action plan

Consistent development of subtle bodies through work with energy centers - chakras.

Working with chakras for beginners

Chakra(Sanskrit, lit. "circle", "wheel", "disc", "mandala") in spiritual practices - one of the centers of power and consciousness located in the internal (subtle) bodies of a person.

Most common system of main chakras- the one in which they stand out seven energy centers. There are esoteric traditions in which more or less of the main chakras are considered.

Muladhara

Starting from the bottom The first chakra is Muladhara. Located in the groin area. The color is dark red.
Responsible for communication with the earth, reproduction, sex (purely technical, or mechanical desire).
Disruption of the chakra (“punching through”, slang) usually occurs through, strictly speaking, sex and everything connected with it.
If “prostatitis” and “impotence” are repeated on TV twenty times a day, then the corresponding disorders manifest themselves in a certain part of men.

Penetration of the lower chakra threatens impotence, prostatitis, female genital diseases, complete concentration on sex, and an unbridled thirst for pleasure. Passions live here, a lot of passions. Unbridled anger also settled here.
And the most important thing is that in this case it is almost impossible to raise the energy higher, so people begin to believe that other than “eat and have sex” there is nothing more interesting in life.

Svadhisthana

The second is Svadhisthana. Orange color. It is located approximately 2 - 4 fingers below the navel.
Responsible for activity, including physical activity, for physical attractiveness. Roughly speaking, if you like a girl or a young man, then this is already according to svadhisthana, when you don’t just want to drag her into bed, but already go dancing with her or, maybe, go on a hike.
Sports achievements are also at this level. Wherever “faster - higher - stronger” - the second chakra works there. It breaks through when excessive demands begin to be placed on you: at work, at home, in creativity. If you can’t break out of the vicious circle, move to another level, or to another quality, then the problems are most likely worth looking for here.
The person feels driven into a corner. Or “turned” on your own body. Anorexia is another very extreme manifestation of an imbalance in this center.
Responsible for the overall dynamics of the process.

Additionally, on the second chakra - Svadhisthana. Distortions of character: unscrupulousness, deceit, impracticality, painful impressionability, envy, excessive touchiness. Low self-esteem, jealousy and anger also stem from it.
Normally functioning Svadhisthana gives health, longevity and a clear understanding of the processes occurring around us. Gives the power to manage and organize.
The distortion, among other things, also manifests itself in a painful desire for recognition, immortality, longevity and power. There is a strong desire to control others using anger and pressure. Anger, restlessness, impatience in satisfying one's desires. Vanity and conceit develop, a person easily gets into quarrels and fights.
The other pole is lack of will, suspiciousness, inactivity.

Manipura

The third is Manipura, solar plexus. Yellow color. Chakra of the sun, prosperity and prosperity.
Developed manipura in a man means he is a good earner, a strong owner. A woman is a good housewife: home, cooking, children, dogs, cats, farming. The main excess is stinginess, a manic craving for savings.
What scenarios could interfere with the proper functioning of the energy center? If you tell a woman after trying her food that she doesn't know how to cook. A man usually “breaks through” with his wife, who is always “nagging” that the husband is not able to clothe and feed his family. For an unmarried man, this is usually done by the father. There is even a sure sign for unmarried people: until you improve your relationship with your father, you will not be financially established and you will not find a normal job. It’s more difficult with married people: you need to re-educate your wife, explain in what way to your husband, not only talk, but even think about him!

That is, the solar plexus is our wealth in the home and in society.
And yet, for women who are very actively involved in business, in fact, everything is not very good with this chakra. They lose themselves as women and begin to acutely hate the men who surround them. Men who are housewives, of course, are also not models of joy.
As a rule, a person who does not engage in spiritual practices does not rise above this chakra.
Overexertion, which occurs due to excesses in the manipura, is usually fraught with cancer.
An imbalance in the work of manipura affects the work of the liver, gall bladder (now there is simply an epidemic of gallstones), adrenal glands, pancreas, and spleen.

Anahata

Vishuddha

The fifth chakra is Vishuddha. Throat. Blue color.
Responsible for the ability to put thoughts into words and sounds. And also transform intention into a tangible thought form.
The ability to make friends is also in Vishuddha. Moreover, this is friendship in the highest sense of the word: with service, dedication and self-sacrifice.
The favorite chakra of speakers, singers and simply “balabolov”.
The transition from prayer to meditation occurs in this chakra.
Directly connected to the dream body, so all lucid dreams come through it.
The first stage of the enlightened mind. At this level, moral, ethical and aesthetic attitudes are developed. Awareness of your thoughts, feelings and aspirations, and more importantly, your capabilities. It also gives you the ability to align your capabilities with your purpose. Gives the ability to objectively evaluate oneself and others and build correct relationships with the outside world, form the process of cognition and influence the course of what is happening.
With developed Vishuddha, disturbances of the mind no longer cause concern. The intellect begins to move away from logic and superficial analysis.
Associated with the thyroid gland, mouth, teeth, esophagus, neck.
This is already so high that those around you, in principle, influence the penetration of this chakra very indirectly. The most dangerous thing for Vishuddha is lies and perjury.
Distortions: irritability, verbosity, fussiness, absent-mindedness, apathy, tendency to depression, weakened memory, reduced intelligence. And also absent-mindedness, laziness, sluggishness of mind, reasoning, excessive daydreaming, inactivity.

Ajna

The sixth chakra is Ajna. Third Eye. Color - blue.
In this place one realizes one's own divinity and the divinity of others. Becomes a spiritual ascetic.
It is connected to the brain and is responsible for the harmonious functioning of the hemispheres. Also responsible for clairvoyance and psychic perception. Worked on just a few units.
The likelihood of receiving tangible harm to this chakra from another person is minimal. Consequently, perceive any “blow to the head” as a “fatherly slap on the head from the gods” (from higher planes).

Sahasrara

The seventh chakra is Sahasrara. Parietal region. Color: purple.
It is a conductor of the downward (cosmic) flow. Responsible for complete enlightenment of the mind and revelation of the highest level of Divine Consciousness.

Associated with the nervous system and medulla oblongata.

How to use creativity techniques

Chakra activation. Working with chakras for beginners.

It all starts from the moment of birth. The fact is that from birth girls have Kundalini deployed all the way to Sahasrara. And, under favorable circumstances, it remains in the upper chakra until the onset of puberty. During puberty, the energy descends to Anahata (heart chakra), where it remains, under favorable circumstances, forever.
Our modern society is structured in such a way that girls are constantly under very strong pressure in order to lower their energy from Anahata to Muladhara. And, I must say, it was very successful in this. But the whole point is that once a woman has gone down, it is almost impossible for a woman to go up again. There is a fixation on the three lower chakras: 1) Sex - diet, 2) fitness - money 3) clothes.
It is possible to rise to the top again only if the girl by nature has a very strong craving for spirituality, and only in the company of holy people and in a community actively engaged in spiritual practice. But, as a rule, girls who are inclined to consume are not interested in such nonsense. Let us immediately clarify that the “lonely hunter” will never raise a girl from the bottom in his life, but will only go down after her. We'll tell you why a little later. So the main task of a girl in this world is to remain at the level of the heart chakra at all costs. This is her spiritual feat.
Boys are born at the level of Muladhara and by themselves will never rise above Manipura (solar plexus). And if nothing supernaturally beautiful happens in their life, then their destiny is sex-rocking loot, i.e. Muladhara-Svadhisthana-Manipura.
The beauty is that it is possible to tear off Kundalini from the lower levels only with the help of the energy of Anahata (heart), and until a person’s heart chakra begins to activate, it will not be possible to pull the energy upward.

We will further dwell on each chakra separately, now general scheme:
A man can open his heart chakra in two ways.: actively engage in spiritual practices, preferably with an emphasis on hermitage and severe asceticism, or find a woman who is still at the Anahata level; such a woman very quickly brings a man up to her level, after which a direct path upward is open to him. And then it’s the man’s task to raise both of them to the level of Sahasrara (ideally).
This is the interaction of the masculine and feminine principles in the form in which it was “originally conceived.”

Moreover, if you follow the path of interaction between a man and a woman, then no special austerities are required; simply the presence of a woman is enough to pull a man out of the swamp of consumerism.
In general, everyone chooses the path they like best.

Now regarding the chakras more specifically.
The first step is to start climbing from Muladhara. And you need to start, oddly enough, with nutrition. Perhaps you already know about gunas, but just in case we’ll repeat it.
There are three gunas in which everything in the world exists. This - Tamas(ignorance), Rajas(passion) and Sattva(goodness). Some teachers say that Tamas and Rajas are bad, but Sattva is good but that's not true. They interact, and their interaction creates this world. You can also say that Tamas is death, Rajas is eternal motion, and Sattva is something like nirvana. If you take any of these gunas separately, then it will become absolutely destructive for the world, and so the wheel spins and spins.
So, as was said, everything in this world is in one guna or another: people, nations, food, habitats, etc. Therefore, since the consumer society diligently pulls people down into tamas, and, at best, sometimes allows them to break out into rajas, then a person with all his might needs to cultivate as much sattva in himself as possible.
To begin to break away from the lower chakra, which in its absolute manifestation can drag you down to the very bottom, you first need to stop consuming tamasic foods, or use them occasionally, or regularly fast from them, at worst. It is clear that nothing is being done right away. The transition to giving up tamasic foods may take several years, but it requires dedication on your part.

Also, to rise higher from Muladhara, you need to begin to seriously control your sex life and sexual desire. Without any excesses, of course. There is an expression: “What is good for the priest is bad for the peasant.” What is necessary for a monk is destructive for a layman. But you need to discipline yourself!

A generalized version of sequential work with chakras for beginners

Let's consider a generalized version of sequential work with chakras for beginners, suitable for most.

In general, in (1) Muladhare as such, there is nothing “terrible”. Purified, as previously said, it is responsible for health and reproduction, the main thing is not to “go in cycles” with it. When meditating on muladhara, you can use the syllable LAM (ground).

For a smooth transition from Muladhara to Svadhisthana, you can meditate on the lower chakras, while repeating the syllable VAM (water). Its vibration activates the connection between muladhara and svadhisthana and draws energy to the navel chakra.
And yet, in the AWAKENED state, muladhara releases a person’s spiritual potential, as a result of which one wants to move higher, higher and higher. So, if you are healthy, energetic and you are irresistibly drawn to engage in spiritual practices, then muladhara shines in pure red color.
(2)Svadhisthana. As mentioned earlier - “movement”. By the way, in men, the two lower chakras very often merge into one large one that governs all thoughts; of course, you need to get rid of this, that is, in order to move on to the third chakra, first you need to select the second one, then open it, and only then move on.
This chakra is already driven to a greater extent by the guna of passion. Yes, in fact, in a closed state it is the container of all passions, while in an awakened state it releases creative energy. (Well, old Sigmund was right after all, they were laughing in vain).
Physical activity and sports are managed from this center. Thus, in order to most harmoniously reveal svadhisthana, it is necessary to engage in sports with a sacred bias: Tibetan yantra yoga, pranayama, qigong, etc. It is good to practice a complex of yoga, only from one tradition, for example, classical yoga of Patanjali. As well as regular hikes in nature, with accompanying meditations. No alcohol, nicotine, and especially drugs.

For a man: It is very important to involve all possible and impossible people around you in physical activity. If you are going on a hike, then gather as many like-minded people as possible and organize a football/volleyball/basketball team in the yard. If there is a family, then it is the man who is responsible for the physical fitness of all household members. A woman’s task is not to shy away from a man’s sporting initiatives.
Physical austerities in general are very important for men.
But a girl who “rolls” herself in training on her own initiative does not act entirely in accordance with natural harmony.

Since the activation of this chakra already enhances the influence of rajas, it is advisable to abandon foods of a rajas nature, or at least limit their consumption. These include all stimulants, as well as coffee, tea, mate tea, and chocolate.
Conclusion: if a feeling of goodness appears more and more often in your life, you are emotionally stable, you can express your true feelings to other people, you joyfully jump up in the morning to do exercises, and you are happy to share your own creative projects with others, then you know what it looks like unclouded pure orange color.

(3)Manipura, strength and prosperity
It is best activated when a person begins to develop such a quality as generosity. And sincere help to people.
A man best develops his generosity when he spends money on a woman, as strange as it may sound to you. Moreover, it is worth cultivating in yourself the awareness that no matter how much money you spend on this particular woman, if she is not your wife, i.e. if you do not bear full responsibility for her well-being and for her actions, then this woman does not owe you anything in return.
A woman develops generosity when she gives away the food she has prepared and donates her clothes.
Sincere help to people. That is, you do something just like that, simply because it makes you happy, and then you immediately forget about what you did for this person.

Let us especially note: the more you give, the more opportunities to do so arise. And the more joyful and blessed you feel.

While meditating on the Manipura chakra, you can repeat the syllable RAM(fire).
So, if your income invariably grows simply because they want it, you are happy to come to the aid of anyone who needs this help (within reason, of course), if you treat absolutely strangers to ice cream and give flowers to girls. And if you “suddenly” discovered in yourself such qualities as mercy and compassion. And suddenly, again, for no apparent reason, all your fantasies become material, and you have become a brilliant organizer and an excellent manager (even at the level of your own apartment), which means you have also mastered the color yellow.
By opening Manipura, a person gains access to his karma and the ability to change it.

(4)Anahata. Heart chakra. As mentioned above, this is a more serious step. It’s not that easy to “climb”; as a rule, you need outside help.
The heart chakra is a conductor of pure energy of love, therefore it is necessary to work in this direction. Sincere service, generosity, mercy and compassion developed in the previous chakra are the basis for the development of this potential.

There are special techniques that help open this chakra (for example, meditation on wishing everyone well). It is necessary to cultivate love within yourself. Moreover, love is not meant to receive love in return, but unconditional love. Simply because you have so much of this feeling that sharing love becomes a natural need. And love exists only to be given. It is so priceless that there is nothing to exchange it for. No matter what “gift” they offer you for your love, it will always be not enough, because this is the only force that holds this world together and there is nothing stronger than it. And there is nothing more beautiful.

Modern society, again, has come up with a fairy tale, very widely replicated today, according to which two people saw each other, fell in love and lived happily ever after. It doesn't happen that way. Love is a very serious work and severe asceticism.
And if suddenly someone is lucky enough through karma to connect with a person who will love him the same way, then an energy circuit of incredible power is organized that can do a lot.
One of the main conditions of love is complete acceptance of a person. And here again the law works - in reverse. Learn to fully accept a person with all his strengths, weaknesses, quirks and quirks, and you will automatically feel love for this person. Every person in his immediate circle has someone (boyfriend/girlfriend, brother or sister, mom, dad, grandma, grandpa), someone for whom the person feels love. You need to take this feeling as a standard and start applying it to other people. Difficult, but real.
It's better to start with the parents. Because our love and hatred for our parents is the basis of our nature. Until you sort out your feelings towards those who gave birth to you, you will not be able to love anyone completely: “in sorrow and joy, wealth and poverty, and until death do us part.”

The scheme of work on anahata is approximately as follows:
1. Find a standard feeling of love for yourself.
2. Admit to yourself that you love your parents (resolution of internal conflict).
3. Suddenly it turns out that you love yourself too!
4. You begin to work on accepting people from your inner circle.
5. Discover the source of universal love within yourself.
6. Direct the flow of love outward.

When meditating on the heart chakra, repeat the syllable YAM (air). As often as possible, fill the surrounding space with snow-white energy from a source located in the area of the heart chakra.
Well, if as a result of all your efforts you have gained wisdom and inner strength, brought the male and female energies of your body into balance, become a source of inspiration for others, and in your presence people find peace and joy. If you have managed to harmonize your energy and intention, you communicate with higher beings on the phone, you are filled with compassion for all living things, and you have an inexhaustible source of creative inspiration. And you control your karma, and it doesn’t control you... - which means you have mastered the healing energy of green and can continue to “train as an advanced person.”

(5)Vishuddha. Throat. As noted earlier, this is the first stage of enlightenment of the mind.
To activate Vishuddhi, you need to devote as much time as possible to creative activity (through creativity, a person fulfills his main purpose, since God created man in his own image and likeness - a creator).
And also practice spiritual practices: prayers, mantras and meditation. Moreover, at this stage there is a transition from sound repetition to silent meditation.
When meditating on a chakra, you can pronounce the syllable HAM(akasha, ether) and visualize the golden light. Vibrations when pronouncing a syllable should be concentrated in the throat area, of course.
In general, sadhana, sadhana, and sadhana again. (Practice, practice, and practice again) It is advisable to perform sadhana twice a day: in the morning after waking up, before exercise, and in the evening, after exercise, before going to bed.
You probably want to ask the question here: “When to live?!” Let your life become your practice.
Conclusion: once people begin to look at you as a source of light, and the sound of your voice becomes enchanting music for them, and you become an inexhaustible source of creative energy for yourself and those around you, then a significant part of the journey has been done.

Let's add a little about the heart chakra. The practice of wishing everyone happiness is very effective. First, you wish happiness to all your loved ones, then to all your enemies, to everyone who did you bad, and to whom you did bad, and then to everyone distant and unfamiliar. Cleanses the heart chakra very well. Best done in the morning.

(6)Ajna. Third Eye.
Ajna syllable AUM.
Activates and develops with the help of yoga. Yoga means a system of yogas: yoga of consciousness, yoga of nutrition, yoga of subtle bodies, yoga for the development of the physical body.

(7)Sahasrara. Opens with the help of yoga and regular meditation. During meditation, it is best to use an individual mantra. Sometimes it is given by teachers, more often it comes spontaneously in a dream or during meditation on Ajna.

And in conclusion, we want to touch on this question - to share or not to share?
Many people are wondering: to pass on the acquired knowledge to others, or just to develop yourself in order to devote more time to independent practice, and to “football” those who are suffering? On this issue, Buddhism even split into two schools. Mahayana and Hinayana. In Mahayana Buddhism, they believe that the Teaching must be brought to people, and every spiritual person must convey the Teaching to as many people as possible during his life. In the Hinayana, on the contrary, they believe, roughly speaking, that the microcosm and the macrocosm are one and the same, and by transforming yourself, you change the entire universe. The truth is most likely somewhere in the middle.

And if you want to understand this topic more deeply, then information on working with chakras is contained in full, for example, in “Shiva Samhita”.

Recently, despite the progress of our civilization, more and more people are becoming interested in secret magical and mystical teachings - spiritualism, etc. Of course, the abilities that open up to a person are truly amazing. However, developing such skills requires practice and work. The main emphasis in such practices is precisely on how to open the chakras, as well as on further work with them.

According to the yogi system, there is a kind of pillar of chakras in the human body, and without working with one it is impossible to work with the other. In the Chi Gong system, the concept of chakras is also present, but in a completely different form. Although the differences in systems are very obvious, the total number of chakras is the same. There are seven of them in total: Muladhara, Svadhisthana, Manipura, Anahata, Vishuddha, Ajna, Sahasrara. The yogi system also has a mythical eighth chakra, the opening of which makes a person equal to God. Regardless of which system you use to develop yourself, you will have to work with all chakras.

If you are just starting to work on yourself, I recommend that you start with the Muladhara chakra. She is responsible for manifestations of animality in humans, as well as for sexual activity. The abilities that the Muladhara chakra bestows are also associated with savagery, aggression, and sexuality. But if you want to open this chakra, you will have to work hard. This does not mean that everything will go smoothly with the others. No, each chakra needs an individual approach, but the principles of operation are similar.

There are many exercises, as well as exercise systems, that teach how to open the chakras. The most famous systems include the same Tsi Gong, especially soft styles, such as the snake style, iron shirt. You can also use the Indian yoga system; in this system, each chakra has its own set of exercises that are designed to teach you how to open the chakras one by one. If you are interested in opening only the Muladhara chakra, it is better to use yoga. If my memory serves me correctly, the cycle of exercises is called Muladhara yoga. I will not list any exercises or exercises, but I can only indicate the direction.

Everything is different for each person. Yoga is more suitable for one person, chi gong for another. It is also worth noting other development systems. These include the Gymnastics of Hermes, the creation of which is attributed to Hermes Trismegistus. This system can be attributed to the ancient Egyptian one. This is a very effective and efficient development system, I can’t say that it is better, but I won’t say that it’s worse, it’s just different. Also, do not forget about the yoga of Tibetan monks, namely the Eye of Renaissance set of exercises. In its essence, this complex is a cross between classical yoga and qi gong.

However, it is worth noting that, unlike yoga, all other systems are not so strongly tied to the chakra system; in these systems, the chakras are pumped independently gradually and one might even say almost simultaneously. This does not mean that the Muladhara chakra will not be open, it will be, but there will not be a special emphasis on it. It’s also worth making a very important note. Do not think that working on yourself begins and ends with repeating strange exercises of meaning that you do not understand.

First of all, this is work on oneself, not only physical, but also spiritual and energetic. The exercises themselves will not give you much, so to achieve results you will have to read the relevant literature. Personally, I can advise you to read books such as: Necronomicon, Forbidden Texts of the Ancients, Vedas, the Bible. And the most important thing in all this is constant and hard work, so if you still decide to open the Muladhara chakra, you will have to work.

Esoterics is a practical science that deals with the study and development of one’s own “I”, where the material body is a bioenergetic conductor to the subtle shells of self-consciousness. This is the path to understanding and accepting yourself as you are, the door to a world of unlimited possibilities and immense peace.

Modern esoteric systems are based on the knowledge of the existence of six subtle bodies. Three of them can be known, and the rest are practically weightless and inaccessible. Some ancient Eastern cultures and views distinguish a seventh sheath, which is periodically disputed by other systems.

The definition of chakra for beginners can be formulated as follows. This is a kind of energy center, by developing which it is possible to achieve spiritual perfection and balance.

7 “I”, or Subtle bodies in esotericism

It is believed that man - the Logos - is the embodiment of various energies that are locked in the flesh by the thought form of the great Creator. It is impossible to see them with ordinary vision. Yoga allows you to open your “third eye” and, using the chakras, to know yourself.

Subtle bodies are associated with specific functions of the body, but they cannot be described as something tangible. They do not have a specific shape or structure, but each energy shell is painted in its own color, which, however, can change depending on various life circumstances.
