  1. Rinse a piece of veal with water. Cut into pieces. Grind in a food processor or grind through a meat grinder.
  2. Wash and peel the onion. Finely chop/grate/pass through a meat grinder.
  3. Add spices and onions to the minced meat.

Dough for dumplings according to Dukan:

  1. Grind the bran in a coffee grinder. Add salt and half the dose of starch to the resulting flour.
  2. Beat the egg. Pour in 2-2.5 tablespoons. l. water.
  3. Combine all dough ingredients. Add starch if necessary.
