  • Vegetable oil 50 ml
  • Soy sauce 3 tbsp. l.
  • Table vinegar 9% 3 tsp.
  • Sugar 2 tsp.
  • Potato starch 3 tsp.
  • Water 1/2 tbsp.
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-step preparation:

  1. Wash the tomatoes and place in hot water for 40 seconds, then transfer to cold water. This will allow you to remove the skin from the tomatoes. Cut the peeled tomatoes into small cubes.
  2. Peel the onion and garlic, cut into small pieces and fry until golden brown.
  3. Add tomatoes, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar, mix thoroughly and simmer over low heat.
  4. Add starch diluted with cold water, bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat.

The sauce can be served warm or cold.

Sauce for rice and cutlets

  • Meat juice from frying cutlets to choose from
  • Flour 1 tbsp. l.
  • Onion 1/2 pcs.
  • Tomato paste 2 tbsp. l.
  • Water 1 tbsp.
  • Spices to taste

Step-by-step preparation:

  1. Peel and finely chop the onion. Add it to the meat juice that remains after frying the cutlets.
  2. Add flour, add tomato paste and spices, mix well.
  3. Pour hot water and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  4. The sauce is ready!

Pour hot sauce over rice and cutlets.

1. If you don’t yet know how to make sauce for chicken rice, then this recipe is just for you. First you need to pour a little olive oil into a frying pan and heat it up. (I do not recommend using sunflower oil in this case). Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings or small cubes. Send to the frying pan. Fry until transparent. Peel and chop the garlic (you can squeeze it through a press). Add to the pan and fry until golden brown.

2. In the meantime, you can prepare other ingredients. Olives must be deboned (if any) and cut into small pieces. If you don't have any corn kernels on hand, you can use small canned corn. They need to be cut into 3-4 parts.

3. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes and remove the skins. You can replace fresh tomatoes with canned tomatoes in their own juice. They need to be added to the frying pan with the already fried onions and garlic.

4. Place the olives and corn in the pan and mix thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add your favorite spices if desired. Simmer over low heat for about 3-5 minutes. If the sauce is too thin, it may take longer. If the sauce for rice with chicken at home turns out to be too thick, you can add a little water.
