Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 190-200°C

Place bread cubes on a baking sheet

Bake until they are crispy

Heat olive oil in a frying pan

Place the asparagus on the pan (so they don't lie on top of each other, just side by side!)

Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes

Turn the asparagus over to the other side, add the garlic and shallots for 5 minutes

Add ham for 2 minutes

Transfer asparagus, ham and shallots from skillet to bowl

Cover the container to keep the vegetables and ham warm

Pour the vinegar, lemon juice and honey into the frying pan and mix well with the remaining juice
