Porcini mushrooms need to be cut into small cubes. Cut the meat into portions, fry in a frying pan, add diced onion and grated carrots. Place the chicken, vegetables and mushrooms in a frying pan and fry. Pour the reserved water into the sour cream sauce, add to the pan and simmer over low heat. At the end, add chopped herbs, let it boil and remove from heat.
